The purpose of Calvary’s Harvest Christian Academy is to provide a quality education for each student, to assist parents in the developing of a Christian home, and to produce students that follow the call of God in areas of ministry. The school’s highest priority is to provide quality academics that are based upon spiritual training.
It is vital that a child be taught the Bible and the claims of Christ on the life of each individual. Conformity to Christ’s image (Romans 8:29) is the ultimate goal of education and training. Proper Christian character and a right view of life begins with a proper relationship to God through Jesus Christ, and a view of life based upon the Word of God. It is our desire that each child come to the place where they receive Jesus Christ as his/her personal Savior, and grow into His likeness.
Calvary’s Harvest Christian Academy seeks to educate and train young people in becoming Godly witnesses in their homes, communities, and the world. This Godly witness includes being a good citizen, with proper respect for authority and government (Romans 13:1-2).

How To Be Saved
Your child’s Christian educational environment will be conductive to leading your child to salvation. “Verily, verily I say unto thee, Except a man be born again, he cannot see the kingdom of God” (John 3:3)
God’s Word
Christian instruction will lead your child to a knowledge of the most important text in man’s history – God’s Word. “Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? By taking heed thereto according to thy word” (Psalm 119:9)
How To Lead Other’s To Christ
Christian instruction gives you the freedom to equip your child for what he is commanded by God to do – lead others to Christ. “He that winneth souls is wise.” (Proverbs 11:30)
To Fear GOD
The Bible teaches that the beginning of wisdom and knowledge is the fear of God. Your child will be taught that learning is more than remembering dates and learning to add and subtract; he will be taught true wisdom – fearing God. “Behold, the fear of the Lord, that is wisdom; and to depart from evil is understanding” (Job 28:28)
To Be Holy
Without holiness, the Christian’s life is a failure in the eyes of God. Your child is in a learning environment where holiness is taught and exemplified and the importance of personal holiness is magnified. “According as he hath chose us in him before the foundation of the world, that we should be holy and without blame before him in love:” (Ephesians 1:4)

Stewardship is teaching students that everything they are is God-given, and is to be used to glorify Him. “I am crucified with Christ: nevertheless I live; yet not I, but Christ liveth in me: and the life which I now live in the flesh I live by the faith of the Son of God, who loved me, and gave himself for me.” (Galatians 2:20)
Dedication To Excellence
Your child will learn the importance of doing everything in the most excellent manner possible as unto the Lord Jesus Christ. “Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with they might; for there is no work, nor device, nor knowledge, nor wisdom, in the grave, whither thou goest.” (Ecclesiastes 9:10)
To Worship God
Your child will be taught how to worship God – how to fall into reverence alone before Him, talk with Him, praise Him, commune with Him, meditate on what He is doing in their individual life. “O come, let us worship and bow down: let us kneel before the Lord our maker.” (Psalm 95:6)

What are your faith and values?
First and foremost we believe the Holy Scriptures of the Old and New Testaments to be the Bible, as it is in truth, the Word of God at our Christian school… (I Thessalonians 2:13). We believe in verbal, plenary inspiration in the original writings, and God’s preservation of His pure words to every generation (II Timothy 3:16, Psalms 12:6-8). The Masoretic Text of the Old Testament and the Received Text of the New Testament (Textus Receptus) are those texts of the original languages we accept and use; the King James Version of the Bible is the only English version we accept and use. What are your Admission policies at your Christian School?
For grades K-5 students at our Christian school must be teachable and obedient, as a habit. He/She must be willing to be taught to be polite and well-mannered in his/her behavior.
Church Attendance: The student must also be willing to attend the special church services of Calvary’s Harvest Baptist Church, when it does not conflict with the regularly scheduled services of the student’s home church. Special services include revivals, Bible Conferences, and Mission Conferences.
For grades 6-8 students at our Christian school must demonstrate a teachable attitude and have a desire to learn. The student must also display integrity and character in their work ethic.
Church Attendance: Students are encouraged to be a faithful attender of the normal scheduled services of a Bible-believing church. They are further encouraged to be involved in some ministry of their church. We believe that a high school student should be of the maturity level to be involved in serving. The student must also be willing to attend the special church services of Calvary’s Harvest Baptist Church, when it does not conflict with the regularly scheduled services of the student’s home church.
